Knife Sharpening
Knife sharpening is done in-store, by hand on Japanese water stones. Basic knife sharpening prices are as listed but if your knife needs extra work (chips, tips, etc) it may cost a bit more.
Drop your knife off at 32 Hanover Street, upstairs. No guarantee of same day sharpening (but we do try).
