Makoto Kurosaki is a talented knife sharpener who has recently created the brand STYLE-K to show case his skills. He was awarded 伝統工芸士, "Traditional Craftsman" in 2020.

He trained, with his brother Yu Kurosaki, in Takafu Knife Village under Hiroshi Kato.
