Silver Dragon Petty 120mm

This is a San Mai blade made from stainless steel, I am unsure of the core steel but it is high carbon stainless. 

The petty knife, named after the French ‘Petit’, is an all-round utility knife. It is generally a little larger than most western paring knives but smaller than a Gyuto. It can be used in the hand to peel or on a chopping board for fine work. A must have in any kitchen.
