SHARPENING CLASS

For 2 hours we’ll cover everything from the basics of sharpening, knife construction to edge maintenance and care. Even if you can sharpen a knife this class will help you build your skills.

Where: 32 Hanover Street, upstairs 

When: Saturdays 10am-12pm. Once the lesson has been purchased you will be contacted to book a date that suits.
